“World famous heavenly horses”

The Turkmen people, one of the oldest people in the world, have many values that illuminate the spiritual world and have become its national pride and wealth. One of the leaders of such values are the Turkmen paradise horses, which have conquered the world with their agility, endurance and beauty. Every nation in the world has its own characteristics. Under the leadership of the esteemed President, the national equestrian team “Galkynysh” was created in the country. This team successfully performs at international competitions and festivals of Akhal-Teke horses in foreign countries and takes prizes. The national equestrian team of Turkmenistan “Galkynysh” took part in the 47th International Circus Arts Festival, held in Monte Carlo (Monaco), Turkmen jigits performed unique acts on Akhal-Teke horses. The Galkynysh troupe, participating for the first time in the Monte Carlo Circus Festival, which is considered the most famous competition in the circus world, amazed the audience and judges with its unique performances. During the Revival of the new era of the stable state, the equestrian industry experienced new developments. Heavenly horses became the decoration of the Turkmen hearth and our wedding. As treasures of national and world culture, our horses represent incomparable nature, intelligence, strength and loyalty. Akhal-Teke horses are a symbol of a new historical era and an independent, eternally neutral Motherland, confidently moving forward to new heights. The exhibition “World famous heavenly horses” was organized at the Local-history Museum of the city of Arkadag. The exhibition presents jewelry, paintings, sculptures and vases that decorate the Turkmen horses in the museum’s collection, which are examples of our nationality.
