As noted in the National Leader's book, "Flight of Heavenly Steeds" historical monuments provide vivid evidence that the image of the Turkmen horse has attracted the attention of sculptors, potters, artisans, painters, and carpet weavers since ancient times. Just as our people highly value beauty, these beautiful images in art are also embodied in hennams. Today, alongside world-renowned masters, Turkmen painters, carpet weavers, and sculptors create images of horses in their works.Paintings and carpets depicting magnificent akhalteke horses have become the crown jewels of world-renowned museums. The akhalteke horse is the primary inspiration behind artistic creativity. Inhonor of the national holiday of the Turkmen horse, one of the holidays included in our national calendar, in the year "Independent, eternally neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses” and Local History museum of the Arkadag and the Council of Arkadag City of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, together with the SahyJepbarov Specialized Art School of Arkadag City, held an art competition "Turkmen Horse - fortune of happiness" among students of the art department.As part of this competition, held at the museum, school students created works of art.The young people, recognized by the Council of Arkadag City of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, were duly recognized and awarded valuable gifts.
